All selections include a 45 min consultation, and you’ll have the option to receive a digital program via spreadsheet or an interactive program through the superset app - additional $30 per month. Both app and spreadsheet will come with video links to exercise demos, specific warm up and cool down activities, recommended sets, reps, and intensities.
By selecting progressive overload your program will be designed to achieve improvement in a specific field of fitness over a 12 week period. This requires extensive planning and will include weekly touch points with a coach during execution of the program to provide feedback, adjustments, and review workout footage (if provided). Superset app access included for the 12 week period.
